Private Sessions are designed to create an experience to tailor a program to meet you exactly where you are on your healing journey.

Choose from a restful restorative practice or an invigorating vinyasa flow located either in my personal yoga studio in Kensington, San Diego or via Zoom.

Indulge in tailored restorative yoga sessions, crafted to suit your unique needs and goals.

Experience profound relaxation as you are intentionally guided through gentle poses designed to alleviate tension and promote deep healing.  When our physical body is able to relax, then our nervous system can finally learn that it is safe enough to move into the parasympathetic state or rest, digest and relax.

My intention with these sessions is to create a safe space for you to let go of the outside world, and tap into your inner wisdom.

Private FRC Sessions

Functional Range Conditioning

Functional Range Conditioning has saved me during times of physical injury.  I became certified as I realized that my body was changing and that I had to modify my movement practices in a more mindful manner.

FRC has 3 key elements; Range of Motion, Body Control and Joint Strength.  I use all of these elements in our private sessions so we can ensure that we are gaining strength is ways that steer clear of injury.

If you find yourself often injured, feel like your range of motion is declining or have pains in your body and joints this is a perfect way for us to work together to build the foundation and you back into your movement practice with power.

Yoga Sculpt-Strength Training

Tiffany is certified to teach Yoga Sculpt with Core Power Yoga.  Teaching these high-intensity strength training classes is one of my favorite ways to add more dynamic movement into our daily routines.

This is such a fun way to get a full-body workout, incorporating weights, body weight, balance, stretching muscles and mostly a ton of fun!

Available in the studio or via zoom.

Private Yoga Sessions in Kensington San Diego

At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating myself, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life but I’m so grateful that I said yes. In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from Mother Nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self.
