About Me
Hi, I’m Tiffany—yoga guide, mindfulness mentor, and the heart behind Livingood Yoga. My journey began when I hit a breaking point, overwhelmed by the relentless demands of modern life. Juggling a business, motherhood, and societal expectations, I realized I was living a life that looked good but felt empty. So, I took a leap—leaving financial security behind, my family and I moved to Costa Rica for three transformative years. There, immersed in nature and simplicity, I learned to trust my intuition, release control, and embrace life’s beautiful uncertainty—a lesson that now fuels everything I teach.
Today, I guide women who feel exhausted and disconnected back to their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom through restorative yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system tools. With 12 years of sobriety, I know healing isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about moving through discomfort with courage. At Livingood Yoga, I offer one-on-one sessions, women’s circles, and workshops to help you soften into life, not just endure it. If you’re ready to trade burnout for balance and isolation for authentic connection, I’d love to walk this path with you. Your journey back to yourself starts here—one breath at a time.

Why LIVINGOOD Yoga?
At Livingood Yoga, we believe true transformation begins when you feel seen, supported, and safe in your practice. This isn’t just about movement—it’s about healing, reconnecting with your body, and learning to trust yourself again. Here’s what makes this space different:
Deeply Rooted Expertise
Tiffany is a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor with over 200 hours of Vinyasa training, advanced certifications in Yin Yoga (Level 1 & 2), Yoga Sculpt, and trauma-informed healing. She also holds a double master’s degree in Child and Family Development, blending mindfulness with the Simplicity Parenting approach to help parents cultivate presence and calm. Most recently, she became certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), a science-backed method to improve mobility, prevent injury, and build resilient, pain-free movement.
A Practice Designed for Real Life
Whether you’re a busy parent, a recovering perfectionist, or someone who’s spent years prioritizing everyone else’s needs over your own, Tiffany’s approach meets you where you are. She specializes in Restorative Yoga, somatic embodiment, and nervous system regulation—practices that help you slow down, release stored tension, and reconnect with your intuition. No rushed flows or performative postures here. Just intentional, nourishing movement that honors your body’s needs.
One-on-One Guidance That Honors Your Journey
Unlike group classes, Tiffany’s private sessions (in-person or virtual) are fully personalized—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re exploring yoga for the first time, navigating trauma, or craving a deeper mind-body connection, she creates a safe container for you to unfold at your own pace. With her background in sobriety, major life transitions, and nervous system healing, she understands the courage it takes to show up for yourself—and she’s here to support you every step of the way.
More Than Yoga—A Path Back to Yourself
Livingood Yoga isn’t just about what happens on the mat. Through meditation, breathwork, and present-moment awareness, you’ll learn tools to:
- Release chronic stress and regulate your nervous system
- Parent with more ease (without guilt or burnout)
- Move with freedom (thanks to FRC’s joint-strengthening techniques)
- Embrace stillness (even if it feels uncomfortable at first)
A Space Where You Can Finally Exhale
Tiffany’s own journey—from burnout to breakthrough—infuses every session with empathy, wisdom, and a little humor. Here, you’ll never be pushed to "do more." Instead, you’ll be gently guided to feel more—to soften, to listen, and to trust that rest is just as sacred as effort.
Who Can Benefit From LIVINGOOD Yoga?
“The reason you want every single thing that you want, is because you think you will feel really good when you get there.
But if you don’t feel really good on your way to there, you can’t get there. You have to be satisfied with what-is while you’re reaching for more.”

At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating myself, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life but I’m so grateful that I said yes. In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from Mother Nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self. Tiffany gave tremendous feedback and support during our time in the circle, the kind of support that she gave was one of complete present listening and positive feedback and we were all able to cultivate a space of safety and love, and from that, we gathered our affirmations for the month. I will forever be grateful to Tiffany for opening up the space of sacred sisterhood, where I was able to come out of my shell and express my authentic self.

"Tiffany created such a beautiful container for diving deeper into my meditation practice and sharing all that comes up. I loved her meditations, recommendations, and advice. I looked forward to the live call each week and really enjoyed the companion meditations, videos, and journaling throughout the week between meetings. I highly recommend the course to anyone wishing to learn more about meditation and/or make meditation a consistent practice in their life. I also highly recommend Tiffany for personal coaching."

Tiffany provides a holistic approach to enhancing your yoga practice. Her one-on-one approach allowed me to get so much more from each session than I have in group classes. I’m a relative beginner to yoga and meditation, and Tiffany provide gentle instruction focused not only on what I was looking to get from each session but also at a level that was approx and approachable for me. I can’t recommend Tiffany enough, she is a gifted teacher in meditation and yoga.

I participated in a women’s circle at Tiffany’s place. It was my first time doing anything like this and had a wonderful experience. We decided on a mantra during the session. The ones we picked were very helpful for me in times of stress or pain. The place is beautiful and I felt so soothed just by being there. Tiffany is a good leader and provides a safe and soothing environment. I felt lucky to participate!
