Join us for an evening of Softening and Surrender

Restorative yoga is a gentle yet deeply nourishing practice — an invitation to pause and let the body and mind soften into stillness. Supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, this class emphasizes ease over effort, with each pose cradling you in comfort and allowing layers of tension to melt away.

Sound healing weaves seamlessly into this practice, amplifying the restorative experience. Instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes produce therapeutic vibrations that rebalance your system and dissolve physical and emotional blockages stored in the body. These vibrations initiate a natural healing process at the cellular level — nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, quieting your entire system, and guiding you into a deeply meditative state.

What makes our events combining restorative yoga and sound healing so transformative is the intentional space we create — a sanctuary where you’re encouraged to slow down and surrender into an experience of rest so profound it feels sacred. Beyond relaxation, this is an opportunity to reset your nervous system and reconnect with a quieter, more present, and peaceful version of yourself.

We invite you to give yourself this gift — a wholly immersive experience designed to ripple ease into your day-to-day life, both on and off the mat.

The combination of mindful breathing, gentle stretches, and therapeutic sounds aims to reduce stress, improve energy flow, and promote a sense of inner peace. we hope you leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.

Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher

Meet Tiffany

Tiffany is a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about helping others slow down and simplify their lives through the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Her approach to Restorative Yoga offers a gentle yet profound experience, using supportive props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets to create a nurturing environment where the body feels fully held. This allows the nervous system to relax, letting go of its usual defenses, and opens the door to deep release and surrender. In this state of letting go, we can find comfort in stillness and connect with the deeper wisdom that resides within us.

At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating myself, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life but I’m so grateful that I said yes. In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from Mother Nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self. Tiffany gave tremendous feedback and support during our time in the circle, the kind of support that she gave was one of complete present listening and positive feedback and we were all able to cultivate a space of safety and love, and from that, we gathered our affirmations for the month. I will forever be grateful to Tiffany for opening up the space of sacred sisterhood, where I was able to come out of my shell and express my authentic self.
