Cradled by supportive props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose becomes a sanctuary of ease, allowing layers of tension to dissolve as your body and mind settle into deep rest.
Interwoven with this practice, the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments envelop you in a symphony of resonance. These sacred sounds travel beyond the ears, reverberating through the body to release stagnant energy, dissolve emotional blockages, and restore harmony at a cellular level. Together, restorative yoga and sound healing create a powerful alchemy—quieting the nervous system, guiding you into a meditative state, and nurturing mind, body, and spirit.

Meet Tiffany
Tiffany is a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about helping others slow down and simplify their lives through the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Her approach to Restorative Yoga offers a gentle yet profound experience, using supportive props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets to create a nurturing environment where the body feels fully held. This allows the nervous system to relax, letting go of its usual defenses, and opens the door to deep release and surrender. In this state of letting go, we can find comfort in stillness and connect with the deeper wisdom that resides within us.


Sound Healing
Dawn of Sound
Dawn is a sound healer, as well as a lifelong yogi, devoted to bringing rest and healing energy to the world. Dawn's sound baths offer an artful blend of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and seed rattles, along with drums and gongs. Her intuitive sense of sound invites relaxation and release, as the mind’s focus turns to listening, receiving and dreaming.
At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating myself, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life but I’m so grateful that I said yes. In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from Mother Nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self. Tiffany gave tremendous feedback and support during our time in the circle, the kind of support that she gave was one of complete present listening and positive feedback and we were all able to cultivate a space of safety and love, and from that, we gathered our affirmations for the month. I will forever be grateful to Tiffany for opening up the space of sacred sisterhood, where I was able to come out of my shell and express my authentic self.
