What makes these sessions different?

These sessions are designed to create community and connection.  They are for anyone just starting to feel brave enough to reach for support.  Someone who has been struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed/burnt out, lost, and feeling like you are doing this all on your own.  I feel you! You don't have to navigate life's challenges on your own.

In this 16-week course, you will learn how to TRUST yourself, and why that it important.  One little aligned step after the next, you will learn how to tune into your inner landscape and how to simplify your life. The result will be a life of presence and attunement regardless of external circumstances. You will learn how to lighten your load in your daily life to expand awareness and presence.  Most importantly, you will discover what it feels like to show up for yourself.

  • Self-Regulation Techniques: Gain insight into your nervous system's communication cues and employ principles for personal awareness of how that arrives in the body.
  • The Power of Pause: Discover the art of pausing amidst chaos, rewiring your brain to choose mindful responses over-reactive behaviors. This is the magical space!
  • Cultivating Self-Compassion: Explore techniques to embrace and nurture the parts of yourself seeking love and understanding, providing a new path towards self-acceptance.
  • Conscious Community: Engage in authentic, compassionate connections within our group, witnessing each other's stories and experiences, fostering empathy and understanding.

Are you thinking, “I have no idea how to do this, this is too advanced for me” Well then you are perfect for this group!  I am calling in the beginner here.  The whole point of this program is to make these steps super simple and feasible.  We are already overwhelmed!  So let's take the load off and practice how to make things more simple in our lives so we can enjoy the parts that matter the most

What to Expect

Here are the details!
  • 4 Separate Modules: 16 weeks total.
  • Each module meets virtually for 4 weeks for 1 hour and 15 minutes on Tuesdays at 5 pm PST.
  • We will begin with Module 1 on Tuesday, February 13th at 5:30 pm PST.  Mamas! This will be great practice in arranging care for your kiddos and taking this time for yourself.
  • You can choose to take all 4 modules or just the ones that resonate most with you.
  • Every week, I will send out materials by email to spark your inspiration regarding the weekly theme. This may include quotes, videos, reading material, questions, and more to get your brain moving and prepared for Tuesday evenings.
What to look forward to!

Each session will begin with a short guided meditation to ground us in the new space.  My intention is to create a brave container for every participant to feel comfortable sharing how the material relates to YOU personally and where YOU are on your journey.

I will share specific techniques that can be practiced throughout the week. Each module topic will have the following format:

Week 1: Aquire new skills. Slow down and build awareness. Knowing what we feel is the first step to knowing why we feel that way.

Week 2: Deepen the practice through application. Observe what arises and greet it with curiosity.

Week 3: Embrace the challenges you meet and notice the barriers to application. This is the magic as we are outside of our comfort zone and this is the space where change is made and new habits are built.

Week 4:  Integration. Create a plan to use these new tools in your everyday life and apply them with ease.

Module 1

This module is about empowering you with the skills to regain your power.  Coming from a space of feeling overwhelmed and lost, the intention is to gently introduce practical skills that you can adapt to your day to return to presence and calm the nervous system.  When we learn how to do this we learn how to trust ourselves and our world opens up to developing the confidence to flow with ease and the inevitable restriction that arises.  Being ok with what is.

  • How much of your day is spent "going through the motions" rather than feeling fully present?
  • Learn the importance of "checking in" through the day and specific tools to help "catch you clenching"
  • What barriers arise when we practice checking in and how to navigate them
  • Why is this important, how to do it, and how to make it a habit

Dates: 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9 at 5 pm PST

to Get Quiet

One minute at a time, I teach you how to develop a daily meditation practice with ease.  Creating a daily meditation practice that becomes something you look forward to rather than dread.

Designed for beginners or anyone looking to enhance their practice of sitting in stillness, connecting with an embodiment exercise, and how to address the busy mind.

How to make meditation a part of your daily routine. Breaking through resistance and finding your WHY!

Module 3
Dates: 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14 at 5pm PST

to Move

Since we have now acquired the skills of building trust to ask ourselves what we need and trusting the answers, now we get to further this practice by involving movement.

Explore- What is yoga, where did it come from, and why it is important?

Practice- We will move our bodies in community to enhance your connection to your physical presence.

Learn- We will visit the essentials needed to create a daily practice.

Module 4
Dates: 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18 at 5 pm PST

Trust Yourself to Love Yourself

We will enter the world of what it looks like to retrain the brain to develop self-compassion practices when things get tough.

Paying close attention to the thoughts and inner dialogue to flip the script, and feel the difference.

This begins with self-awareness, which we discover in the previous modules, and then we have the opportunity to start making big shifts in being the love that we seek.

This is the integration piece of the modules. Putting it all together.  The combination of all of our practices learned designed to help us feel more present with ourselves and the people we love.

Learning how to take care of ourselves so we can offer support to those who need us the most.  Being of service.

Move away from burnout and overwhelm by removing parts of our lives that no longer serve us and being able to sit with and handle the parts that stay.

 

At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating myself, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle.
