Retreat Mission: to allow space for decompression, meditation, hiking, Inspiration, and all things nature outdoors, yoga, and the opportunity for like-minded souls to connect.

A weekend of total bliss designed for you to carve out time to learn how to show up for yourself so that you can give yourself the time to decompress, reconnect to your soul, and let go of what is weighing you down.

Intentions, Inspiration and Invitation

My deep desire is to create a way for like-minded people to learn together, grow as a community, and experience meaningful change as we unite our strengths and dreams.

This is tough, as we all have busy schedules and families to care for.  Ladies, this retreat is designed for YOU.  Accepting and honoring that we are not able to take care of others, be of service and live in our true potential if we do not give ourselves the gift of slowing down.

Together, we will connect with guided meditations, sloooow yoga, hikes around the property,  and circles to stimulate inspiration.  Immersed in nature, we allow for the natural decompression of our nervous system as we embrace the quiet, remove technology and engage in community and connection.

About the Venue

Welcome to the Farmhouse in the Oaks.

This secluded 5 acre property features hundreds of fruit trees, a seasonal stream, and a beautiful pool surrounded by towering Oak trees.

Picnic and relax on any of the lawns, beside the stream, in the fruit orchard, in the zen garden, by the barn, or at the pool.

Friday:

5 pm:  Arrival and move into your cozy rooms

530 pm: Intros and Meets

630pm: Dinner

730 pm: Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Meditation

830pm:  Dessert and Fire Ceremony- letting go of what is holding us back.

Saturday:

7am: Breakfast and morning chats

8am: Light and Slow Yoga Flow

930am: Morning Circle:  Setting Intentions. Tarot Cards. Share Time

1130am: Lunch

12-3pm: Rest Time-Massages, Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam, Journal

4pm: Community Nature Hike

6pm: Dinner

7pm:  DANCE PARTY

730pm: Stargaze Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Rest Workshop

Sunday:

7am:  Breakfast and Morning Chats

830am: Morning Rise Nature Yoga

930am: Closing Circle:  Inspiration Station.  Finding your WHY! Integration.

Anyone who is curious about yoga and meditation and wishes to jumpstart the wellbeing of their mind-body-and-spirit connection.

You can benefit because you deserve it.  The world is hard right now and showing up for yourself is a gift!

Those who are curious about the nervous system.  We learn how to navigate each state of the Autonomic Nervous System and gain tools of how to recognize, adapt and come back into center amongst the chaos.

Anyone feeling like making friends and connection is hard.  This space is designed for us to actually have the time to be present for each other.

Individuals in need of guidance and direction – personally, professionally, spiritually, and/or emotionally.

We are all busy bodies who deserve self-care time for themselves to rejuvenate and restore their vital life-giving energies.
